WHAT IS THIS PROJECT ABOUT? 
It relates to a piece of land in Parkend, Forest of Dean identified with Forestry England which could be suitable for a community project. Situated between Hughes Terrace and York Lodge, this land would be used create a wildflower meadow and community orchard. Forestry England would licence the land to West Dean Parish Council for Parkend community use.
These plants and butterflies are among those already found on the site but the aim is to increase the number of different species and biodiversity.
