A VISION FOR THE FUTURE SURVEY - CLOSING DATE 09.11.20
The Parkend Memorial Hall committee are seeking the views of residents and friends of Parkend about the village in general and the future of the derelict building known as Sheward's Shop. The Compulsory Purchase on the building is still ongoing and will be resubmitted with amendments soon. We need to identify if there is still enough support to make this a reality.
This survey revisits the 2017 survey but it is in two sections
A. To consider the whole village by identifying what we like about it, what could be improved, what we would like to see here and how we can protect its heritage.
B. The derelict building next to the Memorial Hall which we can only get for community use.
Your views are REALLY important and we would ask each household to get involved so that we have a true representation of all ages, families and Parkend locations including Moseley Green, The Barracks and as far as
Paper surveys will be distributed to homes and businesses over the next few days and will also be available in www.zeusweb.com/s203pvv Completed paper surveys can be dropped off at Parkend Village Shop or posted to Castlemain Mill, Parkend, GL15 4HH.
