Good morning.
Unfortunately we are without both functioning phone lines and internet access this morning at both Yorkley and Bream surgeries.
This means we are unable to make calls both in and out of the surgery. It also impacts on our ability to access patient notes, check test results, send prescriptions etc to local pharmacies.
We do have backup systems so we are able to continue seeing and calling our pre-booked patients (be aware that the number may be withheld as we are using our mobile phones!) Please bear with us as paper and pen working is much slower than computer working and we are without bits of information we normally have access to!
We are working closely with our service providers to get this up and running ASAP. We will give you more updates as the morning progresses.
